Lead Engineer
CurrentOUSD(R&E)'s Trusted and Assured Microelectronics Program- Supporting State-of-the-Art (SOTA) Access and Radiation Hardened technical execution areas, spanning the areas of hardware assurance, MPW foundry access, supply chain risk management, and moreDefense Microelectronics Cross-Functional Team (DMCFT)- Provides technical support to the DMCFT in development of a microelectronics strategy and whole-of-government framework to ensure future DoD access to measurably secure microelectronics- Researches DoD’s supply chain, microelectronics parts usage and various associated organizations, and participates in data collection activities in support of the DoD’s microelectronics strategy development- Analyzes data sets and develops quantitative visual representations of associated data in order to identify global trends within the microelectronics industry and inform recommendations to senior DoD leadership- Develops technical and programmatic briefing content related to the microelectronics supply chain in support of presentations to senior DoD leadership- Thoroughly documents the DMCFT’s engagements with industry and various industry associations, summarizing key takeaways and providing recommendations on next steps
