Be it the company’s first global re-brand, new strategies for growth marketing or the development of some of the most successful campaigns in the company’s history, including the Virgin Galactic trip to space campaign that delivered nearly $2m in donations from 198 countries globally, we delivered scaled and efficient growth while increasing both brand awareness and comprehension.

Set the vision and led the teams responsible for the creation of industry-leading (and award-winning) consumer marketing programs that drove outsized growth while intersecting pop culture -- spanning marketing, creative/design, communications and experiential. Developed top-tier marketing partnerships with the likes of the NFL, Coachella/AEG, the LA Dodgers and the NY Yankees, among others. Named one of the top 3 fastest growing brands in 2019 following the creation of innovative, creative and effective marketing campaigns. Led the marketing integration for the acquisition by Uber in late 2020.

Built a team of rockstar marketers focused on creating innovative brand and performance marketing programs to drive outsized business growth. Set the vision and led the development of creative integrated marketing strategies spanning paid and owned channels, content marketing, industry marketing, event marketing and advertiser growth/acquisition.

Led consumer marketing, creative and communications strategy globally for PicsArt, a leading photo-editing app with +65M MAU and more than 250 million installs at the time.

Following Instagram's acquisition by Facebook, served as a key brand marketing partner for the world’s largest brand and agency marketers developing strategies that bridged creativity and innovation in advertising on Instagram while integrating mobile and digital into their overall consumer marketing mix.

Created a vision and led Facebook’s marketing efforts in the region. Built the first team for Facebook in the region focused on engaging marketers and agencies by creating impact-driven and creative marketing programs that build brand while driving growth. I also created an entirely new function for Facebook, launching the experiential marketing team as Head of Experiential Marketing upon my return to San Francisco from London before joining Instagram.

Served as Global Chief Communications Officer of Havas Worldwide (formerly Euro RSCG Worldwide)where I was responsible for the agency's communications and brand marketing efforts globally, spanning 235 offices in 75 countries.Launched the first-ever One Young World summit in London which attracted nearly 1,000 young people from 110 countries to discuss world issues alongside the likes of Kofi Annan, Bob Geldof, Desmond Tutu and Muhammad Yunus, to name a few.

Led the agency's communications programs in the US, Latin America and Asia/Pacific.

Developed global programs to internally market United’s brand, policies and products to the Onboard Services organization. Served as a member of September 11th Flight 93 Emergency Response Team. On-site liaison between United and family members of Flight 93 crew.
