Current- Effectively operate the gates ensuring the safety of all who pass through them.- Acted as the first point of call for customers requesting information or help with their tickets.- Ensure customers have everything they need to travel confidently by train.- Ensure the safe operation of ticket gates and manage the flow of customers through the gates during busy times.- Directing customers, keeping them safe and informed especially during disruptions.- Updating customers about their journeys face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner.- Share knowledge on key destinations, attractions and London transport in general.- Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all times.- Delivering excellent customer service by responding to customer enquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible.- Report any incidents and undertake measures to ensure the safety of the station.- Undertake ticket checks and pass any irregularities to Revenue Protection.
