Responsible for the acquisition, development and management of industrial and office properties in the western United States.AcquisitionsSourcing, underwriting, structuring (joint venture and wholly owned), negotiating and closing of direct equity investments. Equity investments include stabilized properties, value-added opportunities, build-to-suits, and speculative development. Investment opportunities sourced through an existing network of development partners and the brokerage community.DevelopmentImplemented a development strategy for speculative industrial projects in Southern California totaling approximately one million square feet with a budget of $40 million. Responsibilities include client communication, contract negotiation, leasing supervision, construction oversight, and partnership administration.Asset ManagementResponsible for the overall management of a two million square foot portfolio consisting of eleven industrial properties in Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas. Accountable for developing and implementing asset strategies, property performance, leasing, facilities administration, capital improvements, and client reporting. Investment management duties include administration of partnership structures, refinancing, and dispositions.
