Years of experience working directly on both precision and ornamental mold and die cavities including night courses at RISD in sculpture, silversmithing , jewelry making and modelmaking Experienced at making molds through Hobbing, EDM, Pantographing, CNC and duplicating. Currently working on making electrodes for EDM by 3d Printing. We also do Mold polishing and finishing, it is our old-world hands-on skill and experience that sets us apart. Our focus is on short- run production, small batches of 100 to 10,000 parts, although we have made millions of parts over the course of a few years for some customers. Others order 100 parts 2 or 3 times/year. Our low mold costs make this possible.We work with most engineering and commodity resins. Tooling is mostly aluminum and we don't charge for maintenance as long as we run the job.
