Branch Operations Manager
• Provides direct supervision to all full-time branch employees (direct labor, field service, warehouse, dispatch, drivers, admin, etc.). Also provides managerial oversight to all temporary workers subcontracted drivers and construction subcontractors working at the branch.• Uses all internal systems to provide safe, timely, cost effective, high quality and efficient delivery of revenue activities to include the service and upkeep of those activities after delivery.• Develops forward looking plans (CPT & S&OP) and budgets; actively manages costs. This includes all activities necessary to manage/operate a cost center (control of P&L).• Oversees the ongoing maintenance, inventory and servicing of the fleet through efficient use of company resources (time, people, money, etc.) • Manages employee health and safety through creating a safer workplace and driving the safety culture, employing DuPont STOP™, training and observations, and regularly scheduled assessments of the branch.• Engages in the Net Promoter System (NPS); timely correspondence with customers and resolving issues to provide a high level of customer service.• Collaborates with HR and leadership to effectively manage branch workforce, ensuring the right workforce training strategies are in place to advance employee skill sets as well as company goals.
