Responsible for assisting the Truck Shop Supervisor in managing the truck shop and the mechanics. Duties include: Opening and closing workorders, taking customer phone calls, maintaining relationships between large fleets and Carter Machinery, assigning jobs to each mechanic, filing warranty claims, building quotes, and communicating all information between the mechanic and customer in regards to troubleshooting finds and repair recommendations.
