Optimization Manager
Current• Own and manage end-to-end conversion rate testing programs for Organic SEO and Paid Acquisition channels by working cross-functionally with teams on SEO, Editorial, Brand, Paid Acquisition, and Engineers• Leverage heatmapping and analytics tools such as Contentsquare and Google Analytics to identify key testing opportunities on AsanaDotCom• Utilize I.C.E. prioritization method for testing to identify low-effort, high-return tests, resulting in multiple $1M ARR test wins• Work in tandem with CRO Lead to build new CRO team processes, structure, goals, and strategies for a newly formed team• Improved test bi-weekly sprint cadence and processes with Engineers to more than double the number of tests launched in H1 of FY24
