Created and managed growth of Aetna's PBM from 6million lives to 10 million lives, addition of mail order pharmacy and an extensive and complete Specialty Pharmacy solution for the healthplan

Oversight of the PBM's Sales, Product, eCommerce as SVP of CIGNA Pharmacy Management. President of CIGNA Tel-Drug, and in that capacity accountable for the growth, operations and P&L of the PBM's home delivery pharmacy organization. Expanded PBM business with significant product addtions and membership during 3 years. Grew home delivery business 335% during 3 years from 1.8millionrx/yr to 6million rx/yr.

Served on Operations Committe and Senior Leadership team for PSC HealthSystems, the largest PBM in the United States at that time up until it being acquired by Advanced Paradigm and then Caremark. Responsible for overall business operations and coordination with parent, as well as the assumption of the acquisition synergies.
