As an OSR, I am responsible for identifying and partnering with new and existing clients to grow the book of business by effectively closing sales in my designated territory. I accomplish this by using the CRM system to contact prospects through cold calling, email, social media, etc., and setting up and presenting at meetings with business owners and key.

As Owner/Operator, my responsibilities include but are not limited to, complete oversight of all business operations including sales, material management, production, installation, working with contractors, and account receivable/payable.

As Account Manager, my responsibilities included portfolio management through growth and retention of a 1000+ customer base in Western Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania. As Service Manager, I had overall service department oversight. This included the development of a high performing service team, by ensuring they were focused, motivated, and inspired to.

As Production Supervisor, my responsibilities included staffing, safety, employee development, payroll, product inventory, budget control, production reports, and overall supervision of our processing facility (wash alley, wastewater treatment plant, maintenance, garment processing, and facility service processing).

As Service Manager, I had overall service department oversight. This included the development of a high performing service team, by ensuring they were focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve team objectives. Other skills included operation management, production, negotiation, business planning, fleet management, reliability, environmental, and safety.

As Manager, my responsibilities included sales, design, construction, and delivery/installation of each sign job. I also oversaw accounts receivable and strategizing with the owner for the overall direction of the business.

As Night Shift Front Desk/Auditor, my responsibilities included answering phones, taking reservations, and assisting guests, as well as auditing all previous day sales of the lodge and restaurant.
