Security Clearance: TS/SCI Served as the coalition’s primary mediator, adviser and enforcer of contractual matters between U.S. Prime Contractors and Afghan Subcontractors. Routinely resolved contractual disputes and points of friction between the above at job sights, within homes in the Afghan community and within Fortune 500 companies deployed boardrooms. Conducted weekly General Officer level briefings.• In 2014, in conjunction with Afghan powerbrokers contracted and U.S. unformed military legal support, drafted the much heralded Bilateral Security Agreement - eventually signed and adopted later that same year by President Barack Obama and the administration of President Ashraf Ghani, the current President of Afghanistan.• Received National level and Department of State accolades for successfully negotiating the safe release of two Philippine nationals who had been held hostage for 13 months. • Known as “go to” man by U.S., United Kingdom and Canadian Embassies on issues of conflict and friction points within the Afghan community and governance. Served as the coalition’s point man and enforcer of The Military Technical Agreement between U.S. Forces and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. • Awarded Defense Meritorious Service Medal

Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va, Korea, Japan, Philippines And Nepal

Security Clearance: TS/SCI Served as Information Operations Officer. Led the Information Operations (IO) Section during crisis response, training exercises and garrison duties. Served as senior IO planner for exercises in Korea, the Philippines and Japan, as well as for the Humanitarian Disaster Relief response to the tragic Nepal earthquake in April, 2015.• Generated daily and weekly after action reports. Routinely briefed higher command in large scale staff settings employing PowerPoint, Excel and other software programs. Conducted internal and cross organizational team building and leading. Integrated lethal and nonlethal information related capabilities from Marine Corps, Joint and International Combined Forces to meet the commander’s tactical and operational effects. • Used surveys and qualitative analysis to gauge the effects of information operations on targeted populations in both the Philippines and Nepal. Established and led operational planning teams of 5-20 Marines.

Presided over General and Special Courts Martial in Eastern Judicial Circuit, which encompasses the majority of the east coast’s US Marine Corps and US Navy populations and installations. • Presided as Judge on more than 200 trials and more than 600 pretrial evidentiary, procedural and docketing motions. • Resolved all pretrial matters and ensures trials are conducted fairly, expeditiously and in accordance with applicable Federal and military law. In trials without juries, determined guilt or innocence and when necessary, determined an appropriate sentence. Reviewed and authenticated records of judicial activity at regular intervals. Presided over Federal hearings as directed. • As Circuit Docketing Judge, planned and distributed weekly court docket and long range judicial calendar.
