- Leading Solution Architecture for the P66 ERP Transformation Project, a multi-year SAP re-implementation in S/4 HANA and related systems, with a Hybrid Cloud approach using IaaS, PaaS (SAP Cloud Platform) and SaaS components (SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, etc). The ERP Organization was created as a separate, formal BU in P66 to implement the new SAP system and is comprised of employees from across all other organizations within P66.- Leading the onshore and offshore development teams for the ERP project, covering hundreds of customizations. Responsible for full application lifecycle and related processes. Team is made up of 13 employees, 5 contractors and ~70 consultants.- Providing mentoring, career development, compensation management and performance management to direct employee staff including a first line manager & his staff that report to me.- Extensive engagement with major software vendors and System Integrators to identify software and service requirements and handling of contract management.

Led the Technical Foundation area for the Phillips 66 ERP Transformation Project, which is a greenfield S/4 HANA based implementation.Scope for the technical foundation included: -Platform & BASIS -Application Development -MDG & Data Migration landscapes -Interfaces - Led the design of Technical and Solution Architecture for the project, working with Internal and SI provided experts. - During the Design phase of the project, developed the Technical Foundation team structure, identified and sourced internal resources from within the SAP team and from other teams, supplementing skill gaps with SI resources- Developed the Development processes and standards for the ERP project- Heavily involved with contract management for very large investments with major software vendor - In parallel with this role, I was the IT lead for an organization wide effort to optimize contract structure and licensing with hundreds of vendors in preparation for P66 “Journey to the Cloud” effort. Partnered with the Internal Procurement organization and an external consulting company specializing in this area.
