Chipotle is the job that taught me most of what i know in a lot of different areas. Customer service and appreciation is their number 1 and creating an experience worth coming back for is top priority. Training people to become not only good employees but to become great people and help them grow into leaders was something i loved so much about them. Fresh, never frozen, homemade is their mantra and i stood with it one thousand percent.
