Community Solar Service - Directed and received approval for a new Community Solar service option. Time-of-Use Electric Rates - Directed creation of new tariff schedules for multiple new time varying rate tariff services. Voluntary Renewable Natural Gas Purchase Rider - Directed creation of tariff service to allow all natural gas customers to purchase renewable natural gas. Biomethane Receipt Service - Directed creation of proposed tariff service to allow natural gas customers to inject biomethane onto the distribution system and sell biomethane to an end-use customer. Service Agreement and Special Contract for Receipt of Biomethane - Directed the creation of proposed Special Contract, Service Agreement and Safety Service Contract to allow a natural gas customer to inject biomethane / renewable natural gas onto the distribution system. Regulatory liaison with external stakeholder groups including utility commission staff, industrial and commercial customers, public counsel, low-income, environmental, and renewable independent power producers.Directs several internal teams and prepares comments to participate in workshops and hearings before the state regulator on regulatory and economic topics related to tariff and rule policies.Directs the development and implementation of tariff products and services and regulatory strategies, advises and recommends to senior management appropriate regulatory and economic strategies, and represents the company publicly in tariff policy and other matters before the state utility commission.
