Partners with clients to develop create better management tools and business practices, including: - Process analysis and improvement using Industrial Engineering, Six Sigma, & Lean principles. - Engineered labor standards.- Labor modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, & workforce management.- Store merchandise flow & backroom layout design efficiency.- Distribution chain management and optimization- Sales goal management and budget distribution - Specialized software application development.

Recruit, organize,and manage a team of 100+ volunteers throughout all 14 days of SXSW Music, Film, Interactive, and Edu, and specifically:- Supervise official sponsored lounges, manage capacity and delegate volunteers to the ever changing needs of the conference.- Determine sponsor needs, and communicate contractual rules, expectations and regulations.- Train volunteers on SXSW procedures for the various duties necessary to staff 30+ sponsored lounges.
