Conducted inspections on over +250 facilities for LDAR programs using FLIR OGI cameras to detect leaks on tank batteries, processing equipment, valves, and all flow through piping.Helped develop automated tracking/reporting database for LDAR & OOOOa inspections.Conducted over 1,250+ annual SPCC reviews at oil production, midstream compressor and electrical transformer facilities.Field data collection of SPCC information at new and existing oil and gas facilities in order to prepare new SPCC plans and/or updates to existing plans for over 1,250 well sites.Conducted air inventories at oil and gas well sites for modeling and reporting to the Wyoming DEQ and EPA.Managed Storm Water Programs for clients located in Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota. Duties included scheduling inspections for field staff, working with clients to provide recommendations for BMPs, working with state and federal regulators to ensure compliance for clients, and completed all necessary permitting required of facilities. Conducted quarterly FBIR FIP Air Monitoring Inspections on well site closed vent emission controls, including method 22's and AVO inspections.Conducted Storm Water Pollution inspections for CBM development, midstream pipelines and conventional oil wells throughout the Powder River Basin.Closely coordinated with oil and gas operators to address environmental issues identified during routine inspections.Managed field staff to ensure all reviews and inspections of facilities were done in coordination with H2E specific and client specific safety programs. Provided continuing education to field staff to keep employees current regulations related to oil and gas. QA/QC'd field facility data and field GIS data collected by field staff for SPCC and Storm Water field work. Developed and managed multiple databases using GIS in order to create various project maps, track and schedule inspections, and improve program efficiency.
