Interface with ,Finance, Procurement/Buyer, Field Service Engineers, Quality / EHS, ProgramMangers, Project manager, Production Team Lead, Carriers and Vendors, in an array of dailyfunction from receiving, Inspection, Inventory, picking, issuing/ kitting orders, NCR, anddocumentation and shipping.* Inspect incoming freight against company spec sheets and packing slips reinsuring thatcorrect parts and qty’s are received with no damages or discrepancies’.* Keeping detail history report of all material received with and without issues* File and e-file on all PO/PS and shipping documents on share drives* Work all material discrepancies and request with Procurement, and Warehousemanagement.* Issue all material to jobs and PO’s generating Jobs order, and job status reports withtravelers on all kit ups.* Pick all orders and deliver them to designated area for testing and integration.* Implemented and set up multiple stockrooms to mirror systems locations which ensuredproper transactions of inventory.* Monthly and yearly Inventory cycle count.* Inspect and create all documentation for shipping orders to customer.C of C, B13/CERS, Invoice, Packing Slip, content listing…* Maintain and clean safe environment, and abide by companies rules and regulations.* Maintain and Publish weekly report of all orders kitted, shipped, and delivered.* Keep and maintained e-files in system and originals files of all shipments .

• Manage reverse logistics operation of inventoried parts (RMA) to be sent to manufacture and 3rd party vendors for repair, and re-certification.• Manage received parts and components for internal repair center.• Responsible for all International and Domestic invoices, and booking of freight from US site.• Manage daily activities and escalations with employees in warehouse, shipping / receiving, packing and repair technicians.• Audit employees to re-insure company procedures are being followed.• Audit D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) parts to re-insure repair procedures are being followed, and to find corrective actions if/are needed in training with employees, or procedure needs to be edited to re-insure no recurrence of failure.• Manage / Audit inventory for end of life product.• Manage / Audit repair areas to re-insure tools are within calibrated due dates.• On site focal person for OSHA “Occupational Safety & Health Administration”. • Manage forklift training & safety and certification of onsite forklift operators.• Manage site maintenance on equipment and facility.• Manage MSDS “Material Safety Data Sheets” and hazardous material and its required disposal with 3rd party (Clean Harbor). • Manage 5S Program “Sort, Systemize, Sanitize, Standardize, Sustain, Safety” and Kaizen with in site.• Interface and develop customer relationships with District Managers, Field Engineers, 3rd Party Carriers, and Vendors.• Maintain, and review weekly and monthly metrics “KPI” and billing.• Coordinate delivery of all Expedites, Air, Ocean, Domestic freight with Corporate approved carriers.• Scheduled pick-up and delivery of freight.• Utilize forklifts for loading/unloading trailers, and Scissor lifts, and swing reach trucks in ware house. • Team Leader, training and working with employees in all daily aspects of businesses to re-insure completion of work.
