  As Director of Narrative, I am responsible for developing and implementing two new Culture Moonshots that aim to transform how Latinos are represented online and in the broader culture.Moonshot initiatives I’m responsible for:Front Page of the Internet: This pivotal project is dedicated to ensuring that the Latino community not only consumes but also contributes to the digital platforms that inform millions every day. By cultivating a new wave of Latino digital contributors, we aim to enrich key online platforms with perspectives, stories, and information that resonate with Latino experiences.Story: Recognizing the inherent power of storytelling, this initiative seeks to evolve the internal and external narratives about Latinos. Through in-depth research, program development, and strategy formulation, we aim to replace monolithic stories with narratives that capture the rich tapestry of the Latino community's lives, contributions, and aspirations. By rewriting the narrative, we can redefine the landscape of opportunity—not just for Latinos but for the U.S. as a whole.The Latino community is one of the largest voting blocs in the U.S. and an invaluable part of the nation's fabric.
