As part of Services Delivery organization, I am responsible for Process frameworks aiming their documenting, their deployment and moving towards standardization & digitalization.In this context, my activities consist of the 3 major areas :1/ Framework definition : - Data Model & Metadata- Process Hierarchy & graphical design templates - Governance- Process Lifecycle - Deliverables & Documentation2/ Implementation : - Business components translation towards Data Model by making database and relationships.- Graphical templates & stencils design for SIPOC, BPMN and other Workflow representation.- Design rules & guidelines redaction for key users - Developing Process portal providing online view of the process landscape 3/ Support and training- Writing training & Communication kits.- Implementing & organizing support model for Process & tool : Change Management, Versioning ...etc - Organazing Architecture Forums and Info sessions, follow-up meeting aiming to share about changes, new features ...etcThe platform which support the Services Delivery process framework is "erwin Evolve for Enterprise Architecture/Business Process.

As part of Services Assurance organization, I am responsible for the development of Process frameworks aiming process documenting.Process framework, data architecture, pplication architecture & Job description are implemented into Casewise/Evolve EA Platform and compose a global Enterprise Architecture repository.

Team Manager responsible for the industrialization of E2E process “from purchase order to payment generation” for deployment activities and program management.- Process and tools development, follow-up, train, support, change management.- Present and train processes/solutions to ALU Customers : Orange, SFR, Bouygues.- Interface with IT partners.
