My current responsibilities at McMahon Architects include but are not limited to the following:• Assist in managing all hospitality projects from schematic to construction administration.• Fit plan layouts for potential restaurant spaces/clients.• Drawing and reviewing of permit sets and construction sets.• Schematic presentation (i.e researching potential materials and info such as pricing, lead time, potential usage durability, etc.)• Furniture research (i.e research potential furniture to be used and all associated info such as pricing, lead time, durability, etc.)• Coordinating FF+E packages for projects, staying on top of orders for lighting, chairs, fabrics, etc so they arrive on site when the gc requires them.• RFPs from engineers for their services.• FF+E estimated budgeted sheets, so our team can keep track of budget.• Cad work on all drawings sheets required for permitting, construction sets, and sketches• Construction administration related work (submittals, rfis, etc)• Inhouse photography for completed projects• Work related to Massport permit submission • Hospitality material library management

Current responsibilities at McMahon Architects are, but are not limited to: Management/updating of all sample libraries, communication with A&D sales reps on all products, scheduling product informal and formal presentations/updates for the McMahon team, maintaining an up to date McMahon marketing portfolio for RFPs and new client interview(s), architectural drafting, project specific renderings/Photoshop exercises, field surveys and existing conditions for new projects, minor submittals and RFIs for recent projects, Schematic Presentation, Material Research/Selection
