A lead technical resource who, utilizing their previous human resources expertise, partners with HR and IT areas, and their customers, to optimize, support and maintain HR systems. Lead client teams through the implementation via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing. Leverage my knowledge of iCIMS solutions, HCM systems and business process/operations to build and execute a comprehensive and effective client-side task list and project plans. Support client in delivery dependencies, as well as in planning/leading client tasks for integrations, data conversion, UAT planning/testing, and end-user training. Collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, providing the information and tools needed to be successful. Proactively identify issues and propose viable solutions to meet the business needs while remaining on time and in scope. Create, document, trace, maintain, prioritize, and assess changes to business processes and the associated requirements. Both independently and in conjunction with HCM analysts, continuously improve business processes. Translate employee & manager questions or issues into actionable solutions within the HCM system. Utilize Talent and HCM systems to create accurate dashboards and ad hoc reports for admins and managers. Stay current and on top of iCIMs and HCM industry trends via participation in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining a professional network, and participating in professional organizations. Coordinate and provide training as needed to ensure end users are able to complete talent and HCM transactions and are remaining in compliance of policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and system utilization.

Process and maintain payroll and payroll tax information for 40,000+ employees. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local legislation with regards to income and unemployment taxes by constantly researching and staying abreast of new legislation. Head up the year end process where we send just under 40,000 W-2s. Critically review and am proactive in analyzing payroll and taxes in order to provide most accurate results. Responsible for 941 and 941X filings. Process and file weekly, monthly and quarterly state and local tax filings for more than 40 states for both income tax and unemployment. As a supervisor provide guidance and mentoring to direct reports, team members and support the field with payroll and tax related questions and issues. Began as a payroll tax temp and have been promoted three times and am now the supervisor of the department.
