Initiate program development with supervisors and grant partners, ensuring the program meets desired outcomes. Provide individual and group trainings, counseling and support to assist consumers in returning to school or obtaining employment. Develop documents, training materials and job seeking information to assist consumers in their efforts. Educational settings outreach and networking to assist enrolled consumers in credentialing opportunities to further job opportunities, including on-site support for consumers. Employer outreach and networking to establish working relationships and increased employment opportunities for consumers in the community. Responsible for developing documents and procedure for data collection to support outcomes. Establish a working relationship and referral process for jobs. Develop community relationships with employers to help support consumers with employment retention. Conduct employment preparedness presentations regularly. Follow up with consumers following placement, provide needed supports to promote retention, provide on-site job coaching support as needed. Create and maintain a safe, supportive and accepting environment for consumers. Assimilate statistical information for funding reports and outcome study on appropriate forms in an accurate and timely fashion. Attend weekly staff meetings and other designated meetings, and work as a member of the multidisciplinary team. Assist with exploration of funding sources available to augment current program for expansion. Perform other duties as assigned by Program Director.

Provide for all of the physical needs of as many as six teenage boys (ex. meals, transportation to school, meetings, visits, etc.Engage in treatment planning with my direct supervisor no less than once a week and implement the strategies numerous times per day. Coordinate and facilitate outings and events for various reasons throughout the week. Manage the house budget. Educate parents of youth about parenting techniques and provide them with resources to help the family become more successful. Write daily reports pertaining to the significant events of the day for each youth. Coordinate with various consumers (ex. parents, social workers, probation officers, teachers, therapists, etc.)Start, build, and maintain healthy relationships with the youth in my home, in order to provide a safe, nurturing, and challenging environment to help the youth better themselves, however that may look from youth to youth.Manage two assistants and one overnight staff.
