After managing a number of beehives in the past four years as a hobby, I decided to open a beekeeping business. At the beginning of 2021, “Sweet Mon Cheri of Fort Worth” was founded. The name Sweet Mon Cheri means sweet honey named for the great honey produced by our local honeybees. It was founded to help remove and relocate bees or beehives found in homes, trees, warehouses, sheds, airplanes, etc., without the use of any form of chemicals.Sweet Mon Cheri of Fort Worth is located in Tarrant County and serves many surrounding counties. Our mission is to protect and preserve the bee population within many counties in the Lone Star State. Saving bees increases the number of bees which help expand local agriculture whether it is with a personal garden or by helping the local farmers who harvest crops.For decades, there has been a decrease in the number of bees to pollinate and help farmers harvest their crops. For example, farmers who crop almonds are having to rent beehives to help pollinate the flowers on the almond trees. A lot of homeowners and business have been stepping up to help save the bees. Sweet Mon Cheri of Fort Worth is fully dedicated to fulfilling its mission with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
