As an experienced project manager, I bring a track record of delivering complex construction projects on-time and within budget. My expertise includes overseeing all aspects of the project life cycle, from initial design and planning to final installation and commissioning. I have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. In my previous role as a project manager at Locke Solutions, I collaborated with construction coordinators and purchasing agents to manage job site scheduling of materials, labor, construction, and delivery. I also led and supervised subcontractors from initiation to completion to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, I managed the commercial maintenance department, overseeing three project managers, a fleet manager, fifteen crews, subcontractors, and over 125 employees.
