Over 20 years of experience in management and leadership have allowed me to be who I am today. I seek out data and challenges and most of all enjoy helping others succeed. My analytical side allows me to carve out what's important and help guide those dear to me (family, clients, and colleagues) in a positive direction whether the topic is involving process or finances. Serving others is important to me and you will see that throughout my network whether it is in business, as an elected official, or with my family and friends. While in the electric utility industry, I gained detailed experience in GIS mapping and staking, system integration, relational databases, operations work data and work flow, IT infrastructure, and internal/external customer service. Starting in high school I recognized the importance of leadership and have been continually active in many organizations in a variety of roles to enhance my skills both directly and indirectly to my career. Before moving back into the electric utility industry, I was fortunate to work in the engineering field for a company that invested heavily in its people and continuous improvement.
