State Licensed Cannabis Cultivation and Processing- Participated in the development a new brand from scratch in an emerging market which gained traction and customer demand in direct competition with much larger multi-state operators.- Established and maintained healthy long-term relationships with multiple organizations across the entire state with minimal support and resources.- Navigated an ever-changing regulatory environment and successfully implemented on-site procedures and systems to obtain and maintain compliance through the acquisition of 3 licenses in Crockery Twp, MI (Class A Medical Grow, Class C Adult Use Grow, Adult Use Processor).- Collaborated with staff and ownership on research and development endeavors to create new product lines under the Trivium Cannabis name.

- Opened and operated a successful retail operation in an uncertain legal environment which was sold in a multi-million-dollar deal after a successful 4-year run. - Established regional recognition as one of the only operating cannabis dispensaries on the entire west side of the state at the time. - Adapted a small space and implemented systems to handle a sizable increase in foot traffic over the course of our 4-year run, taking our daily sales from $1,000/day to $20,000/day avg.- Curated the menu to provide a wide range of high-quality product offerings for the customer on a consistent basis. - Obtained the first “Temporary Operating License” from the State of Michigan for a cannabis retail operation in West Michigan.
