Currently working in the utility vegetation management field. I have been in this field for 6 years now starting in the Bay Region in 2017 as an inspector. I worked many projects while moving around to different contracts and locations, now ending back in the Bay Region to manage a team here. Ever since I joined the company, I have consistently shown commitment and motivation which I bring with me into every position. I have demonstrated my problem-solving skills several times during my time in the company while working on both the PG&E and Edison contracts, and I manage to solve difficult situations efficiently while always taking the rest of the team into consideration. I manage my time effectively to meet the deadlines, however tight they may be. I value conversation and actively listen to teammates, comprehend what others have to say, and try to build positive relationships when communicating with our customers. When it comes to communication, I ensure that all emails get a response in a timely and professional manner. I can adapt well with change, and I try to do my best during transitions while appreciating any feedback when things don’t go well; I stay calm and positive.
