In charge of site management on general contractor’s side including site control, managing section managers (including civil, interior, envelope and building service) and schedule improvement, coordinating with owner’s representative, Resident Engineer of Taiwan High Speed Rail Cooperation

Provide EPCM service for client’s renovation project including project planning, design reviewed, baseline schedule developing and control, construction permit application, tendering, cost control and construction management.
