Managed a team of rebuyers and allocators with direct replenishment responsibility for four departments. Maintained instocks, order flow efficiencies, and proficient turn for 250+ stores with annual sales of $400 million.Leadership role for entire division, including: ASR Allocations, new store creation and management, order consolidation/PCPO, and E3 advanced functionality.

Replenished 5,000 SKU/locs, accounting for 100% of the department’s domestic assortment. Ability to learn quickly, technical proficiencies, and management style allowed for promotion after only 10 months in position.

Responsibilities in a $25 million buying office included assortment planning, vendor relations, purchase order management, delivery and key item tracking, and inventory administration.Created and assumed responsibility for a previously non-existent category, drove to a $2 million business in first year.
