Recruited to the position to build the recruitment of a new rehabilitation program for the publicly traded healthcare staffing firm, enabling the organization to reach profitability within six months of startup operations.• Recruited and staffed qualified physical, occupational and speech therapist for a new rehabilitation and allied health program by establishing relationships with key professionals within the industry.

Recruited rehabilitation therapist and assistants for 33 skilled nursing facilities and clinics.
