Serve as a centralized point of contact for clients in areas of health plan design, administration, compliance, and participation. Responsible for communicating procedural and regulatory changes, providing plan analysis, recommending solutions and resolving issues. Serves as subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare reform and the compliance and regulations surrounding healthcare law.

Primary role and responsibilities:- Lead employee educational meetings.- Oversee onsight day to day servicing needs. - Producer in new client onboarding process.- Lead the retention and renewal process.- Act as Compliance Director for the firm in the following capacities: - Liaison with Acrisure ERISA Attorney on various ACA and ERISA Compliance related topics. - Create proactive communications and notices for various changes and regulatory requirements as it pertains to Health Care and ACA. - Handle creation of SPD Wrap Around Documents.

Responsible for creating enrollment materials and leading employee educational meetings, introduced new product offerings and benefit programs to existing client and customers, provided client advocacy, presented proposals to new business opportunities, serviced inforce block of business, participated in the annual renewal review, and conducted quarterly broker educational meetings.

Prepared proposals, delivered employee presentations, made prospecting calls, and engaged in claims and billing advocation for clients and customers.

Reviewed competing vendor RFP's and packaged alternative solutions and plan designs.
