I have been married to Elizabeth since 1998 and we have three wonderful kids. Two smart and beautiful girls along with one happy and handsome boy. Our lives are busy with kids activities, but we love to spend time together at the lake or traveling to spend time in Colorado. I love being able to play golf, but if I can spend time on the water that is where I relax. I have been coaching youth soccer for years and love to see the growth in the girls I coach over many seasons. I have a few basic beliefs:1. Family, friends, and serving the community is the priority2. Leaders should work for their team and not the team work for the leader3. Surround yourself with people that are passionate about the success of others4. Always be listening, learning, and teachingI am the Regional Manager for New American Funding based in Nashville, TN, but serve teams in Tennessee and Virginia. I focus on coaching, mentoring and building relationships. Since joining New American Funding we have been able to open up 7 new markets in TN and VA with people dedicated to serving the needs of the real estate community. Our teams love to support others to reach their goals by deeply listening to their desires and finding ways to solve problems.
