As a Sustainability TAE, I drive growth by offering businesses comprehensive sustainability solutions tailored to their specific needs. My role involves collaborating with clients across various industries to help them navigate the complexities of sustainable practices, compliance, and certifications, enabling them to enhance their environmental performance and build brand credibility.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote sustainability consulting services, product certifications, and standards development.-Educate clients on the benefits of adopting sustainable practices and obtaining recognized certifications to improve brand reputation and compliance.-Provide expert guidance on Product Category Rules (PCR), Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), and Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), offering detailed insights into product sustainability.-Collaborate with industry partners to support the creation and enhancement of sustainability standards.-Manage client relationships from initial engagement through project execution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

•Manage and direct workload of special projects for five engineers in addition to providing technical and sales support•Collaborate with Senior Management to implement plans to grow and expand the business e.g. develop a sales strategy, product selection, workflow procedures •Develop and train new manufacturing reps throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico•Train new engineers on products, quoting procedures, national standards, and manufacturing industries•Develop and expand business in the Pacific Northwest through new projects and new manufactures reps•Maintain responsibilities of Sales Engineer position along with Senior Project Manager role

•Design and sell explosion protection systems for hundreds of companies e.g. Nestle, P&G, 3M Company, ADM•Travel to numerous clients throughout North America (approx. 20%) performing the following:-Conducting hazard analysis at manufacturing facilities -Supporting customers on needs ranging from product installation and failures to shipping and pricing inquiries -Prepare and conduct presentations for engineering firms, corporations, manufactures reps, trade shows, etc.•Coauthored two published papers; 1.) Metallic Combustible Dust 2.) Efficient Proper Explosion Protection

•Supported the development of the website for Roush Yates Performance Parts store •Assisted and managed the parts department for the engine shop•Assisted in the teardown and CNC department of the engine shop•Assisted on a special up-armored hummer military project
