    Eric has been in commercial construction in the warehouse, cold storage, and freezer industries for over 25 years with a special focus on building envelopes. He is a recognized expert on thermal controlled building envelopes and ice & condensation solutions. From his background, he has gained experience in many construction markets including Cold Storage, Food Processing, Pharmaceuticals, Distribution Centers and Manufacturing facilities. As the CEO, a large part of his effort is centered in business development, industry education and sales. He is an aggressive advocate for properly sealing building envelopes and strongly believes that buildings should not “leak” air, should not contain ice or condensation and should run efficiently. Currently, Eric is a member of industry organizations RETA, GCCA, IARW, and CEBA. He is also a current member of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the regional RETA chapter and sits on the Refrigeration and Energy Committee for the IARW. Additionally, Eric serves with SnoCap to organize food drives with corporate partners to feed hungry children.When he is not travelling to a customer’s North American cold storage facility, Eric is active in his local church, enjoys the outdoors and his time with his family that includes three sons and a grandson.
