Over 25 years of sales experience in the drug testing industry with consistent growth. Documented history in the criminal justice system of conceptualizing and implementing a plethora of processes to promote deterrence and maximize the integrity a drug-testing process. With budgetary restrictions at record levels, innovative solutions are required to maintain a creditable program for drug-testing specifically of high risk individuals. With the vital importance of casework supervision of the most egregious offenders, Mr. Fitzsimons has created the first veteran employment program that both alleviates officers from expending valuable time collecting specimens, but also provides gainful employment for our nation’s veterans. In 2011, Mr. Fitzsimons individually launched a bottle water brand called Veterans H20, whereby all the profit generated was used to create employments for veterans. This product reached the shelf of the Navy Exchange in Virginia as well as Farm Fresh, part of SUPERVALU, at the time the third largest grocery store chain in America. This accomplishment serves to demonstrate Mr. Fitzsimons motivation to aid veterans in their assimilation back into the civilian workforce.
