I am responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of county grounds, to include lawn maintenance and snow removal, facilities and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following current federal, state and local standards. I report to the Facilities Foreman, and ensure essential mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems of my respective buildings are operating at optimal efficiency.I am a lead worker to department Maintenance Technician I & IIs, training proper procedures for preventive/corrective maintenance, installation and repairs, and proper safety procedures.I assist in the development and monitoring of the annual operating and capital budgets. I manage small public works projects relating to my assigned buildings infrastructure. Work with the Facilities Foreman and Deputy Director – Asset Management to develop a lifecycle/replacement schedule for building systems and equipment, then manage the project life-cycle from planning through completion phase, to include monitoring outsidevendors and contractors in performing work in and on county buildings, equipment, andGrounds.Communicate with the Deputy Director – Asset Management, department heads anddepartment managers regarding building issues. Respond promptly to department requestsfor service through the work order system.Maintain necessary logs and reports associated with operating and maintaining buildingmechanical systems, and those required by Federal, State, and local regulations.Perform weekly test of emergency generators and sample and adjust boiler plants, closed heating and cooling loop, and pool water systems.

Perform repairs of HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment laundry equipment, doors, and locks. Conduct daily equipment checks during building rounds.Perform grounds maintenance including lawn mowing, trimming, snow shoveling, snow plowing, and minor parking lot maintenance.Complete carpentry and painting jobs when needed.Replace burned out light bulbs, to include exit lights, overhead lights, and fluorescent lights, etc. as well as ballasts.Service heating and cooling units and systems, as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with the established policies and procedures.Install plumbing fixtures.Perform unscheduled maintenance.Report equipment malfunction or breakdowns to the Facilities Manager and/or Senior Maintenance Technicians.Assist others with lifting heavy equipment, supplies, etc.Ensure that equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of a shift.Wear and/or use safety equipment and supplies (e.g., back brace, mechanical lifts, etc.) when lifting or moving heavy items.Follow proper techniques when mixing chemicals, disinfectants and solutions.Follow manufacturer’s recommendations for all equipment and products.Ensure that work and assignment areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are properly stored before leaving the area.Participate and assist in departmental committees and projects as assigned or that may become necessary.Demonstrate a passion of caring, for the facilities and the people that use the county facilities, as evidenced by interaction with co-workers and the public.Participate in and attend in-service educational classes and on-the-job training programs, etc. as scheduled.Work with outside vendors and contractors in performing work in and around all county-owned buildings and equipment.Maintain, test and repair fire and life safety systems as necessary.Input and retrieve data using the computerized database.

I can use the google platform to customize advertisement towards the vacant commercial properties, Use it, to organize your vendor so one email will go to one group of vendors and not the others. I know how to use/ read google insights to see what people are viewing and tailor it to what is working. How many visited, called, and drove down. I have designed Facebook business pages to talk about business, bring awareness of products, direct my target markets, and create events. Using Facebook Insights, I can break down gender, age, language, cities, and county. I have designed web pages to run a business. I have written programming to target the phrases people use in search, to direct them to my customer, putting it in the coding of the website. I have written coding to build a map and put the business' on Wikivoyage that is a traveler encyclopedia.

Information on how marketing project began:I just graduated from college and want to see if I can make a sale.I was eating at a restaurant called CJ Wiz’s, Wanting some International Delight coffee creamer and not having any, after breakfast, I asked the waitress to invite the owners over. I performed a sales pitch off the top of my head. Liking it they wanted to buy the product and want to know what company I was with. I told them, I was not with a company I just wanted to see if I could make a sale.They like the sales pitch so much that they bought the product from a store and hired me to do the advertising for itMarketing project:With input and approval by the owners, I designed a professional flyer advertising the restaurant's store hours and wrote an advertising campaign for the restaurant’s introduction of new copy products.
