While my experiences have been through a spectrum of different areas of expertise, from running around as a Legislative Intern at the Maryland General Assembly with a constant smile to helping students stay on track for acceptance into a four year university, I strive for success regardless of what task are thrown at me and the obstacles that I face.I am currently a Senior at Towson University pursuing a Bachelors in Sociology and Anthropology with a concentration in Criminal Justice. I have 5+ years working in Customer Service as a Sales Manager and as a Sales Associate. Working in Customer Service as a Sales Manager and Sales Associate has taught me the value of building relationships and the art of communicating well with others, helping make others smile. Having these skills will allow me to pursue my passion in Criminal Justice and Law, allowing myself to build strong relationships with all clients and in doing so will give me the opportunity to show my strong personality of care for others and determination to fulfill all duties that I hold myself responsible for.Not only has the world of Customer Service, sales and as a Legislative Intern educated me in valuable interpersonal/Communication skills and professionalism but as well as my experience as a Student Mentor at Anne Arundel Community College given me passion to help others seek their passions and goals for their near successful futures.
