Since joining JE Dunn in 1993, I have worked on many unique projects in the Kansas City area including, the Union Station Renovation (Science City), Sprint World Headquarters Campus, the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art (Bloch Building + many others) and the Nerman Museum on the campus of Johnson County Community College, and several major bond programs for metro area school districts. During early 2000, traveled to Northern California to complete a project for SYSCO Foods of Sacramento. Also completed a similar project in Oklahoma City for SYSCO in Norman, OK. Then spent 2 years in the Des Moines, IA office as head of operations for Iowa then returned to KC area in 2005 to continue work.From 2018 thru 2023, I lead the K-12 Education Group for the Midwest Region and then onto Higher Education projects and clients. Currently I serve the Company as the Kansas City Office Director of Construction Operations. Partnering with our office Leader, and Market Business Unit Leaders, our expert skilled trades Leadership and other stakeholders for project, staff and processes to excel at the work we build and clients we serve. Everyday is different and challenging; this role is a wonderful mix of mostly internal responsibilities that help advance the mission of the company. Specialties: Construction Operations and Construction Management of projects with a wide range of scope, delivery method and construction type.
