I was a Welder and a Leadman, while I worked here. As a Welder, I would repair EFCO forms that are damaged, that came back from customers. I would fix damaged face sheets on the forms and repair other parts of the forms that are damaged also. I also would also, add parts to forms that customers ordered. As a Leadman, I take care of the department, by filling in for people that have gone on vacations or didn't want to come to work. I would drill holes on the face sheets of the forms, paint the forms, inspect the forms, put the label and stickers on them, unload the carts that are already painted and labeled, and stack them, so they are ready to be loaded on the truck. I would make sure the department ran smoothly, while I was in charge.
