Connectivity Director, Asia Pacific
CurrentThe role has four core functions within APAC. • Own the policy, procedures, business commercial justification, local site internal & external resource service delivery for new build design, planning & construction of telecommunications infrastructure;• Provide communications infrastructure capacity planning, technical advice, procurement support & ongoing administration of capacity upgrades & remediation to site Managing Directors• Oversee the commercial aspect & procurement of communications infrastructure & reciprocal marketing & sale of telecommunications infrastructure services to maintain & improve established customer satisfaction.• New build design, planning & construction of telecommunications infrastructure on all new projects working closely with Project, Development, Technical, Construction Director & Managing Director.Key Responsibilities - Group Corporate Office & local site teams • Subject matter expert for all issues related to telecommunications both client & operational.• Develop & train local site management teams to ensure they have the tools & skills to deliver the corporate direction • Provide input to the group corporate office policy development on, operational functionality, ongoing capacity & technical requirements including the impact on group sales, commercials & new product development. • Prepare monthly technical & commercial metric reports that provide accurate information regarding projects currently in execution Key Responsibilities - Regional Development team • Ensure all telecommunications infrastructure complies with relevant local standards • Develop strong relationships with core service providers.• Input into design & delivery of Telecommunications, ICMS & Security • Review of construction drawings related to telecommunications, electrical, Fire suppression, security, ICMS & suite/operational areas• Design, Commercials, management of projects• Defects inspection during & at completion of projects
