• Lead A&P Mechanic – organized and efficiently performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and heavy maintenance tasks on a variety of type model helicopters (15+).• Performed GPS antenna upgrades and complied with engine service bulletins to Army LUH / EC-145 helicopters as part of a sub-contracted CLS.• Provided assistance in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Ground Operating Procedures (GOPs) to comply with Army Regulations.• Provided knowledgeable experience and advice in tool control, consumable materials, hazardous materials, and shop organization during initial implementation and compliance of Army regulations. • Trained mechanics on troubleshooting skills, maintenance tasks and valuable shop habits which ensured a productive and safe work center.• Familiar with and competent performing heavy maintenance, inspections, and tasks for Department of Defense (DOD) government / police agencies where precision work and aircraft down time are of critical importance.

• Government Inspection Office Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron TWO ONE (HX-21)o Reported directly to the squadron Maintenance Chief who worked with the squadron Maintenance Officer, and Commanding Officer as a liaison to the Defense Contract Management Agency. Served as a Contract Officer Representative in support of the CLS contract o Inspected and assessed overall quality of contract maintenance and record keeping.o Verified proper compliance, implementation, and execution of squadron maintenance and quality assurance programs. o Audited contractor maintenance QA office and their enforcement of quality assurance programs.o Used data tracking to assist in the quantitative measurement of the efficacy of the contract maintenance company in regard to Loss Flight Days and Mean Time to Repair.o Performed spot checks of maintenance tasks, and verified panels and areas FOD free and “OK to close”o Received a safety award for attention to detail during an ok to close inspection resulting in findings that required immediate attention by the maintenance contractor.

• CH-53D Crew Chief and Flightline Mechanic – HMH-362o Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR) Inspected quality of work performed by maintenance crews and ensured maintenance was performed in accordance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) regulations. Performed in-process inspections during maintenance to include torque witnessing, snap ring installation, adjustment verification etc.  Provided guidance and training to individuals to recognize the importance of a consistent approach and attention to detail. Assisted in work center improvement of quality and uniformity of work which ultimately related to more reliable aircraft. Performed audits and inspections of work center programs.o Multiple successful overseas deployments to combat and non-combat zones. Okinawa 2005, India 2006, Iraq 2007, Iraq 2009, Afghanistan 2009
