Eric is primarily responsible for overseeing CGI's investment and development activities including deal sourcing, research, underwriting, capital raising, and transaction execution. He holds a B.S. in Real Estate Finance and International Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego's School of Business Administration. Eric is a licensed real estate broker in California and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
