• First responder to all incoming high priority production issues from stakeholders and account managers related to Criteo’s internal advertisement software. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):• Perform regular maintenance on all Atlassian applications• Look for ways to improve overall performance of applications and their servers• Assist all internal users with various technical issues and inquiries across Atlassian applications• Create automation within the applications when possible if it benefits stakeholders and users.
