I was the site Supervisor at Exxon Mobil Refinery in Joliet IL. Manage all of our capitol work at Flint Hills Resources in Channahon IL. Manage a crew of 35 employees. Zero first aids or recordable injuries since in position. Handle proposals, estimates and bid work. Record time and do billing for sites. Daily employee placement and scheduling. Management of capital projects.

Ability to read blue prints. Can read and draw isometric weld maps. Able to prep, fit and weld pipe. Can pass open butt 6010 root, 7018 filler and cap in 6G position. Experienced with socket weld and slip on fittings. Plasma cutting. Experience will with mig, stick, and tig welding. Piping experience and maintenance of check valves, gate valves, ball valves, twin seals, butterfly valves, P.R.V.s and M.O.V.s. Capability to rebuild and replace packing, bushing and stems of gate valves. Ability to replace and rebuild packing, bushings, shoes, and actuators on twin seals and M.O.V.s. 8 hour general twin seal class on maintenance and replacement of such valves.
