I joined the Okemo Competition Center team with no background in Alpine skiing. I was able to quickly onboard learning new systems specific to ski racing as well as corporate systems such as concur. I also adjusted the registration system for kids joining our weekday program.In my second season at Okemo I took on a larger role with a year of experience in the bag. This season brought on new challenges as it was the first operating with the new reality of Covid 19. In my larger role, I managed all registration for our weekend race program from its inception to the launch and closing. I also used Airtables to create easily shareable groupings for our coaches making it easier to maintain proper covid 19 protocols. In my second season, I also took on an event manager role. I managed all of the registration and check-in processes for over 15 races including FIS level events. I created a new SOP for the registration and check-in that is still used today. I also managed to schedule our race crew ensuring all staff was positioned in the best location to maximize their abilities.Successes include creating a clear system for bibs and ticket distribution that was consistent each and every race day and training a core group of volunteers that could execute the process . Changing the operation of the course crew to have defined roles and call times versus a figure-out-as-you-go method used in the past. Creating a streamlined registration process with the ticketing team to better track costs and payments

As a parks department intern I gained a greater knowledge of the operations and permitting process within the parks department and on Randalls Island specifically.Accomplishments include designing the parks signage strategy to improve the egress of event attendees at large music festivals such as governors ball.

As part of an experiential learning course I was in charge of creating a online registration system, day of check in system and training all volunteers on the event day check in system for a 300 person soccer tournament.The course took place over the fall and spring semester. I joined in the spring semester replacing a student who dropped the course. I was challenged from day one with a registration system I was told was operational that ended up being built incorrectly and would over charge teams.Within the first week of joining this class I successfully taught my self how to use Cvent's regonline product and redesigned our online registration so that it would provide us the information we needed with out overcharging our teams.

Tennis coach for children ages 5-15 as well as adults through organized town clinics. In charge of designing and executing all drills to make more complete tennis players as well as provide age appropriate fun.
