Client / Customer service oriented, I've always had an interest in developing and exploring my ability to communicate and adapt in my ever changing work place. Since 2015 I've had the opportunity to work with world class airlines at Dnata Sydney engaging in ground operations and customer service duties that demanded world class service at a highly dynamic environments. This had provided me with a skill set in areas of leadership, compliance and logistics where I am able to assist and add value to various airline stakeholder's policies , brand image and procedures. The continuous education and mentoring I have received from my workplace has challenge me to strengthen not only my abilities to be a proactive leader but also to take active roll in communicating , analyzing and reviewing my workplace by engaging me to be part of the Work Health and Safety Committee. The scope of my responsibilities and commitments to the workplace expands beyond my work group but also impact other workgroups , facilitators and duty holders share a common worksite. As part of my duties to consult , cooperate and co-ordinate I've had the fortunate experience to work with people that are trained in international safety standards along with Australian nation aviation standards. I have always enjoyed utilizing both my creative and analytical side for the application of my workplace. From my experience a professional relationship with the workgroups is vial aspect for the safety and productivity of a workplace. Communication and rapport are fundamentals to achieve success. By building these special work environments I believe we can overcome barriers and hurdles in the work place that produce complacency and negligence. Engaging in clear dialog and effective representation I strive form a healthier workplace. What I bring to the workplace is a willingness to learn, develop and grow. I am eager to take in more information because I am passionate about helping others. As a result, I progress as an active leader that listen to my colleagues , I progress as a Health and Safety Member to protect my colleagues and as I grow, I look to mature more into the field of expertise so that I can find the best possible outcome for future tasks at hand. Career Objective: To prevent a work health and safety incident or inquiry in any organization caused by mismanagement or negligence.
