One man in a small hardworking team that handles all daily cultivation operations in a 45,000 sq foot dutch greenhouse. Everything from cloning, transplanting, stage ups, bay load outs and harvesting we handle with our small team. I manage pesticide applications and beneficial releases in the greenhouse along with all pesticide regulation compliance and testing. Responsible for daily interpretation of climate graphs and PAR readings for entire greenhouse and climate adjustments through Ridder Synopta.

In charge of WPS safety training for new hires and IPM training for new applicators. Creating, managing, and implementing IPM programs for our facilities. Record keeping for county compliance on everything pesticide related.
