• Responsible for 45 employees in multiple roles and the growth and maintenance of a portfolio that includes over 300 Starbucks franchised stores, 5,000 Starbucks and Seattle’s Best foodservice accounts and over 200.
• Responsible for the opening of 40+ Starbucks licensed (franchised) stores annually, $295M in system wide sales, $80M in product revenue and $200M in Foodservice revenue.
• Drive aggressive franchise growth strategy throughout division. Set, implement, support and maintain development strategy; done in conjunction with company owned store to ensure appropriate and specific growth within.
• Drive aggressive growth goals in Foodservice and OCS throughout division.
• Establish critical team goals and priorities that align with the organization’s broader AOP initiatives. Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices on an ongoing basis.
