Responsible for multiple level roles focused on the growth and maintenance of a portfolio that includes over 1,500 Starbucks franchised stores across the United States and $1.5 Billion in System Wide Sales. Segments/licensees include Disney, Universal, Macy’s, Airports, Malls, Cruise lines, College and University, Healthcare, Hotels, Military Bases, Corporate Campuses, and others. Key Responsibilities include:• Lead multiple level team of 12.• Responsible for developing and opening 70+ Starbucks licensed (franchised) stores annually, 100+ renovations annually, existing store portfolio of 1500+ stores and $1.3 Billion in annual system wide sales.• Key leadership role that partners with operations RVPs, VPs of company operated store development, as well as licensed store operations RVP leaders to ensure organizational, business unit and divisional alignment and objectives are achieved.• Drive aggressive franchise growth strategy. Set, implement, support, and maintain development strategy; done in conjunction with company owned store to ensure appropriate and specific growth within markets. • Lead multiple cross-functional project teams through-out the year.• Establish critical team goals and priorities that align with the organization’s broader AOP initiatives. Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices on an ongoing basis.• Set AOP targets in Revenue, store count, O.I., Expenses

Responsible for 45 employees in multiple roles and the growth and maintenance of a portfolio that includes over 300 Starbucks franchised stores, 5,000 Starbucks and Seattle’s Best foodservice accounts and over 200 Office Coffee Operators. Key Responsibilities include: • Responsible for the opening of 40+ Starbucks licensed (franchised) stores annually, $295M in system wide sales, $80M in product revenue and $200M in Foodservice revenue.• Drive aggressive franchise growth strategy throughout division. Set, implement, support and maintain development strategy; done in conjunction with company owned store to ensure appropriate and specific growth within markets. • Drive aggressive growth goals in Foodservice and OCS throughout division. • Establish critical team goals and priorities that align with the organization’s broader AOP initiatives.
