He is the Founder and CEO of Kentucky Gold Styling in New York City, and has had a long love affair with all things beautiful. From lavish gowns to luxury homes, he has one simple goal when working with a client and that is to exceed their expectations. He contributes his success to having great listening skills, innate creativity and a relentless work ethic. His entry into real estate happened in part due to searching for his own country home north of New York City. During the process his passion for architecture and interior design was ignited and as they say, the rest is history. Eric grew up in Kentucky where he spent most of his time in the great outdoors riding horses, hiking the Appalachian Mountains and gardening. Although he left Kentucky many years ago he still enjoys spending as much time as possible in nature. Another great passion is traveling the world to explore new cities and beaches. In 2012, Eric met his husband and moved from Washington DC to New York City. He currently resides in Midtown Manhattan and Dutchess County, New York. He’s an ardent supporter of the arts, live theater, and a proud patron of the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall.
