With five years of diverse experience at Canadian Tire, and 16 months at Paradigm Electronics. I’ve honed invaluable interpersonal skills. Outside of work, I have a passion for 3D modeling, consistently staying ahead of my peers and dedicating my free time to creative projects. Highlights of my achievements include:- Designing for the "best-in-show" project in first-year ES1050- Winning 1st place at the Western Engineering Competition- Placing in the top 5 at the Ontario Engineering Competition, demonstrating my ability to transform ideas into tangible projectsI’ve developed extensive expertise in SolidWorks, including:- Applying design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) theories- Designing components for various manufacturing processes such as injection molding, casting, sheet metal forming, machining, and die cutting- Creating and revising extensive engineering drawings- Validating prototypes and off-tool parts before production- Utilizing rapid prototyping techniques with both FDM and resin 3D printing- Resolving production issues through engineering change requests (ECRs) and engineering change notices (ECNs)My experience has also enhanced my communication skills, both within organizations and with external partners.
